Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer/Engineer to join our maintenance and repair services team at the Airport Road East Region facility. The role focuses on engine/product repair, technical support for mature repairs, and drafting technical worksheets.

You will drive investigations into quality issues and support process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical or Aerospace engineering degree, 5+ years in aircraft engine maintenance, and strong

Qualifications

5+ years in aircraft engine maintenance and repair.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with industry regulations and certifications.

Responsibilities

In-charge of repair engine products/platform - technical functions.
Provide technical support for mature repairs and propose improvements.
Review OEM/ Customer publications (ESM, SB, IC, specifications).
Design, review and RFQ for production repair fixtures, jigs and tools.
Perform tooling and consumable equivalency reviews and First Article on new repairs.
Lead investigations into engine/product quality failures and apply root cause analysis.
Lead or assist in process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Liaise with authorities on process requirements when applicable.
