Job summary

MSIG Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented insurance administrator to manage policy documentation including new business, endorsements and renewals. The role involves supporting on-site daily operations and contributing to department efficiency.

You will participate in company committees for ad-hoc projects, help implement credit control procedures, review workflows, and take on additional duties as assigned to enhance overall operations.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and organised.
Minimum 1 year experience in general insurance.

Responsibilities

To manage all aspect of policy documentation such as new business, endorsements, renewals and etc

Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of Credit Controller.
