Job summary

Winner Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled ACMV BIM modeller in Singapore to develop accurate 3D BIM models of ductwork, piping, equipment and components from drawings and calculations. You will generate shop drawings and ensure design integrity across disciplines, resolving clashes with Navisworks and other BIM tools.

Responsibilities include embedding data, maintaining model integrity, and producing reports and schedules.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience as an ACMV BIM modeller or similar role.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and related BIM software.
Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

Embed data into the model such as material specs and installation instructions.
Maintain model integrity and update with latest revisions.
Generate reports and schedules from the model (materials, equipment lists, sequencing).
Understand ACMV principles including ventilation and sizing.
Be proficient in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage).
Support BIM workflows and mentor new modellers.
Ensure adherence to BIM standards and coordinate with stakeholders.
Identify and resolve design/coordination clashes to improve efficiency.
Provide feedback to enhance BIM tools and practices.
