Job summary

SUNBEAM M&E PTE. LTD. invites a BIM Modeler to join our ACMV team in Central Singapore. The role focuses on creating and updating ACMV drawings using BIM Revit and AutoCAD, with emphasis on accuracy and timely submissions.

You will report to the M&E team, ensure revisions are up-to-date, liaise with consultants and main contractors, and meet submission deadlines. A diploma in M&E and 3+ years BIM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• At least 3 years BIM experience in M&E construction.
• Able to meet submission deadlines.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & assisting M&E team on ACMV drawing.
• Able to use BIM Revit to prepare ACMV drawing.
• Checking, Prepare and update shop Drawing & as Built & Construction drawings using BIM revit.
• Ensure & Maintain all revision of drawing and up-to-date.
• To meet all submission deadline.
• Liaise with Consultant, Main-con.
