Job summary

SENIOR ASSOCIATE – ACCOUNTS is sought by qcom bizsolutions (s) pte. ltd. for their Little India, Singapore location. The role is permanent with immediate start, onsite working arrangement, and a competitive salary plus incentive.

Annual leave is 12 days. The candidate will join a growing jewellery industry business and handle comprehensive accounting responsibilities. The position requires a diploma/degree in accounting or related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience handling a full set of accounts is an advantage.
Familiarity with Singapore GST and IRAS requirements.
Knowledge of SFRS preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and relevant schedules.
Prepare GST calculations and support GST submissions to IRAS.
Ensure proper accounting records and compliance with statutory requirements.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
