Job summary

GEMZ CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to prepare monthly full sets of accounts, including schedules and bank reconciliations.

You will handle GST returns and assist during annual audits, with basic corporate tax computations. The role requires a Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year of relevant experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as XERO, ABSS, or MYOB/QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience keeping full sets of accounts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (XERO, ABSS, MYOB/QuickBooks).
• Able to complete work and meet deadlines.
• An independent team worker with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• With at least 1 year of relevant experience, including keeping full sets of accounts.
• Work experience in a corporate service would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (MYOB/QuickBooks).
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts (i.e., account schedules, bank reconciliations, loan schedules, etc.) on a monthly basis.
• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditor during annual audit.
• Knowledge of corporate tax (i.e., able to handle simple tax computation).
• Provide other supporting functions to the Division.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
