Job summary

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling a full set of accounts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST and IRAS requirements.
• Knowledge of SFRS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and relevant schedules.
• Prepare GST calculations and support GST submissions to IRAS.
• Ensure proper accounting records and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Our client, a growing company in the gold and diamond jewellery industry, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Accounts to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.


• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.


• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and relevant schedules.


• Prepare GST calculations and support GST submissions to IRAS.


• Ensure proper accounting records and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.


• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
