Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our finance team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoice verification, coding, payment runs, and month-end reconciliation, while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.

You should have at least 5 years of AP experience and be proficient in SAP or Oracle. Strong attention to detail, good communication, and stakeholder management are essential to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high transaction volumes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting finance audits and working with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credits, POs, and payments with accuracy.
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
• Maintain AP records and documentation in the accounting system.
• Prepare month-end closing and provide supporting documents for reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Support general office administration as needed.
