Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an Accounts Payable/General Ledger Clerk to support a busy finance team. The role includes 3-way match of vendor invoices against PO/DO, posting to the accounting system, and AP/GL reconciliations.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years’ experience, and is proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of ACCPAC or SAGE300 is advantageous.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of ACCPAC / SAGE300 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3-way match of vendor invoices, PO and DO; investigate differences.
• Post vendor invoices into accounting system.
• Check employee expense claims per policy and post accordingly.
• Prepare AP aging reports and reconcile AP with GL/subledger.
• Conduct bi-monthly intercompany reconciliations via Excel tools.
• Prepare monthly payment runs (GIRO/TT/cheques) per calendar and obtain approvals.
• Support GST filing (AP side) and year-end group reporting packaging.
