Job summary

Progressive Builders Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to maintain full sets of accounts and perform month-end closing with accurate reconciliations. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and prepare monthly management reports.

The role also covers quarterly GST returns, audit schedules, and liaising with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary. A Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy and at least 3 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• 3 years' relevant experience in the related field.
• Hands-on, independent and meticulous.
• Team player, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• 5 days work / week

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of Accounts and perform month-end account closing activities and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Handle AP / AR duties.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for statutory audit, tax and other requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments.
