Job summary

Progressive Builders Private Limited is seeking an experienced accounting professional to maintain full sets of accounts and perform month-end closing. You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly management reports.

The role includes GST submissions, audit schedules, and liaising with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries for statutory needs. A proactive, meticulous team player with 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on, independent and meticulous.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts and perform month-end closing activities and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Handle AP/AR duties.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for statutory audit, tax and other requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments.
