Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting at our Singapore location on Pandan Road.

Working hours are Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:35pm, with responsibilities spanning month-end closing, GST compliance and coordination with auditors. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in accounting, an ACCA/degree, and proven audit experience, plus strong Excel and leadership skills to handle budgeting and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Finance / Accounting or ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience in handling external audit.
• Independent & motivated with strong leadership skills.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive and self-driven with positive mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets and other financial reports for the Director’s review.
• Prepare and submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and other relevant parties on accounting, audit and tax matters.
• Coordinate and prepare schedules, supporting documents and reconciliations for annual statutory audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting and statutory submissions.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and outstanding balances.
• Review accounting transactions, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation and internal controls.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned by the Director.
