Job summary

10 STANLEY STREET PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to support our Finance team across multiple entities. You will handle full sets of accounts, perform month-end close, and prepare monthly management reports.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years of relevant experience, GST knowledge, and hands-on XERO experience. You will work with the Accounts Manager to strengthen controls in a growing group.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Work with Accounts Manager to ensure smooth operation of Finance team.
• Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of group companies.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and schedules.
• Review debtors, creditors, bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns and ensure timely statutory submissions.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audit schedules.
