Job summary

JMC Talent Search Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage daily accounting transactions, month-end close, and financial reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Diploma in Accounting or related field, and bilingual English/Mandarin. You will coordinate payroll, GST/CPF filings, liaise with auditors, and help improve internal controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of accounting, GL, and financial reporting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.
• Proficient in MS Office and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and end-of-month processes.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate payroll functions and tax filings.
• Analyze and report financial performance.
• Implement and monitor internal controls.
• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• GST quarterly submission and CPF submissions.
• Liaise with auditors, corporate tax agents, and corporate secretary.
• Handle full sets of accounts and ad-hoc tasks.
