Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or LCCI accounting qualification, at least three years of accounting or audit experience, and the ability to work independently while liaising in English and Mandarin with colleagues and business partners.

Qualifications

• This position requires a formal accounting qualification (LCCI or Diploma in Accounting).
• Able to maintain full sets of accounts and complete financial closing activities.
• Experience in group consolidation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts for one or more group entities.
• Prepare monthly general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations, schedules and journal entries.
• Perform hands-on accounting work, including entry of invoices, receipts, payments, journals and other accounting transactions.
• Conduct project accounting and month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Review work by Accounts Executives and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with group consolidation, audits and other finance matters.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
