The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting and at least 4 years of experience, with proficiency in Xero and MS Office, capable of meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting with strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and maintain 3 company accounts.
• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic financial reports for management.
• Process invoices for payments.
• Prepare and submit GST returns every quarter.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist with yearly audit and tax work.
• Ensure all accounting tasks are completed on time.
