Job summary

Bathsystem S.p.A. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive in Singapore to assist the Accountant and oversee the daily operation of the Finance department, ensuring all accounting documents comply with company and government policies and standards.

You will manage AR, AP, GL and intercompany transactions, prepare monthly accruals, balance sheet schedules, cash forecasts, and assist audits, budgeting, and close entries in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent.
• 3 years hands-on experience in accounting.
• Prior experience in manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Independent, meticulous and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL and intercompany transactions.
• Responsible for intercompany transactions (AR/AP) and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly accrual and amortization entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules including fixed assets register, AR aging, AP aging, inventory, WIP and ensure schedules and sub-ledgers are reconciled to the GL.
• Prepare cash forecast and ensure healthy cash-flow.
• Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.
• Assist internal and external auditors on all required documents.
• Assist Accountant in preparation of Budget and Forecast.
• Prepare monthly close journal entries including sales adjustment journal entries.
• Support Accountant in other ad-hoc projects.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
