Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Accounts Executive.
• Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities.
• Provide advisory/analytical accounting work to clients.
• Perform accurate data entry to accounting systems.
• Prepare accounting schedules: fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc.
• Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and accounting functions.
• Other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

• Mentor And Guide Accounts Executive
• Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities
• Provide advisory/analytical work on accounting to clients.
• Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting systems.
• Prepare necessary accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc.
• Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and accounting functions.
• Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.

Requirements

• Financial accounting qualifications and experience are a must.
• Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work primarily with numbers.
• IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software are required.
• Open-minded and independent individuals are preferred.
• Can work independently with minimum supervision.
