Job summary

artdecor design studio pte. ltd. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support our financial team in managing daily accounting tasks, expense reporting, and record keeping. You will work with MYOB/QuickBooks/ERP to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role involves month-end close, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and assisting with annual audits, with attention to confidentiality and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Competency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP, QuickBooks).
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing. Able to handle multiple sets of accounts(ie. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc)
• Create and update expense reports.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
• Participate in annual audits.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
