Job summary

Atlas Cloud Services in Singapore seeks a senior accounting professional to lead group reporting and closing across entities. You will oversee consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and the preparation of consolidated management accounts, while ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition aligned with IFRS.

You will coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and work toward bringing accounting operations in-house.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of accounting experience with group reporting, consolidation and closing.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and local financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience reviewing financial statements, managing statutory audits and resolving technical accounting issues.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency and cross-border operations.
• Experience overseeing customer billing, revenue recognition and accounts receivable accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and annual financial closing process across group entities, including deadlines and quality control.
• Review entity financial statements, material journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and closing packages.
• Oversee group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and preparation of consolidated management accounts.
• Ensure accurate customer billing and invoicing, including reviewing contractual billing calculations, upfront payments, recurring service fees and pricing adjustments.
• Oversee proper recognition and reconciliation of revenue, accounts receivable and deferred revenue in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Investigate material accounting issues and ensure complete, audit-ready financial records.
• Lead the migration from outsourced accounting to an internally managed function and establish monthly closing procedures.
