Job summary

Forvis Mazars Singapore seeks an experienced Manager to lead a broad compliance and consultative role for international and regulated financial services clients including funds, asset managers, payment services providers and fintechs.

You will supervise accounting, payroll and advisory services, ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, and actively develop the team while delivering high-quality engagements and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in professional services or Financial Services.
• Experience with funds, fund managers, payment services providers or regulated entities.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients including funds, fund/asset managers and fintechs.
• Oversee delivery of accounting, financial reporting and advisory services with regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and coach the team; ensure quality and risk management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance deliverables and client experience.
• Contribute to business development with Partners to grow the client base.
• Lead and develop the team with resource planning and performance management.
• Own the portfolio's financial performance including engagement profitability.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required by Partners.
