Job summary

Mazars Singapore is seeking an experienced Manager to support international and regulated financial services clients, including funds, fund/asset managers, payment services providers, fintech companies and other financial institutions. You will supervise accounting, payroll and advisory services, and onboard new clients within your portfolio.

You will manage and develop a team, provide technical guidance, and ensure quality, risk management and timely delivery of engagements while building

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, and/or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in professional services, audit, accounting outsourcing or financial services.
• Knowledge of SFRS/IFRS/US GAAP and Singapore financial services regulation; ability to provide practical technical guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients including funds, fund/asset managers, payment providers, fintechs and other regulated entities.
• Oversee delivery and review of accounting, financial reporting and advisory services with compliance to standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance deliverables and client experience.
• Contribute to business development within the Financial Services sector and expand the client base.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, including resource planning and performance management.
• Take ownership of the portfolio's financial performance, including engagement efficiency and profitability.
