Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join our shared services. You will handle full sets of accounts, support SAP-driven transitions and system migrations, and assist with audit requests to ensure IFRS-compliant financial records.

The role covers payroll transitions, expense claim reviews, and ongoing ad hoc projects, with immediate commencement in our Science Park office. 6-month contract, 8.30am-5.30pm, Singapore time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years in handling full set of accounts in an international/shared services environment.
• Experience in finance transition projects, process migration, and system implementation.
• Familiar with IFRS and compliance requirements.
• Experience using SAP and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accounting tasks for full set of accounts in a shared service environment.
• Assist with daily finance operations (AP, AR, GL) and ensure timely processing.
• Provide support for transition projects, system migrations and audits.
• Support audit requests by retrieving documents and preparing schedules.
• Handle payroll transition activities and expense claims review.
