Job summary

Rezolve Ai is seeking a finance professional for a 6-month maternity-cover contract in Singapore. You will support day-to-day finance operations, manage month-end close, and prepare reporting packages for consolidation, while ensuring compliance with Singapore tax and IFRS/SFRS standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in accounting or finance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, with experience in Singapore corporate accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS and/or Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to coordinate with auditors, tax agents and external parties, and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review revenue transactions to ensure proper recognition under applicable standards.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for Group consolidation and provide analyses for management.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports and monitor working capital performance.
• Coordinate GST F5 returns and Corporate Income Tax filings for Singapore.
