Qualifications

• Full-set accounting experience in Singapore preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity setups is advantageous.
• Hands-on involvement in finance system/ERP implementations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own full spectrum of accounting functions (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation) for 3 Singapore entities.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes; produce management accounts and variance analyses; handle tax calculations and statutory reporting to ACRA/IRAS.
• Lead ERP implementation efforts including COA design, data migration, UAT, and SOPs.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation to improve cross-entity reporting efficiency.
