Job description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller / Senior Accountant to lead our accounting and financial operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial reporting across our global SaaS and RegTech entities.

This role combines hands‑on accounting oversight with strategic financial management, covering statutory compliance, consolidation, cash flow planning, and operational reporting. You will work closely with the executive team to support business growth, strengthen financial governance, and provide insights that drive data‑informed decisions.

You will also play a key role in refining financial processes, enhancing internal controls, and aligning accounting practices with SFRS/IFRS standards. Experience with SaaS revenue recognition, cross-border consolidation, and exposure to US GAAP or M&A accounting will be highly valued.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within SaaS, RegTech, or technology-driven environments
• Strong command of SFRS / IFRS standardsand statutory reporting in Singapore
• Proven experience managing GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end closing
• Demonstrated ability to prepare consolidated financial statementsfor multi-entity, cross-border operations
• Experience tracking key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and deferred revenue
• Proficiency in revenue recognition (SFRS/IFRS 15)and internal control frameworks
• Familiarity with cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and intercompany transactions
• Exposure to US GAAPor M&A accountingis an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
