epg building services pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the full set of accounts for multiple entities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements, ensuring GAAP and tax compliance.

Responsibilities include leading month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, GST returns, coordinating with auditors and tax agents, mentoring staff accountants, handling day-to-day transactions (AP/AR/GL), and driving ad-hoc projects to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Accounting & Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) for multiple entities.
Experience with GST filings and tax compliance.
Experience coordinating with external auditors and tax agents.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and time-management skills; meticulous and numbers-focused.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Prepare GST returns and liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
Mentor staff accountants and handle ad-hoc projects with tight timelines.
