Job summary

JGL Worldwide (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous accountant to manage a full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

You will be responsible for month-end closing and financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate management accounts. The role requires 2–3 years' relevant experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders, banks and auditors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with full set of accounts and month-end closing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and balance sheet schedules.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Record and review sales, revenue, purchases and operating expenses.
• Perform month-end closing and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and ageing reports.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Assist in audit, tax and statutory reporting matters.
• Support finance team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
