STRIDES PREMIER TAXI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance and Accounts role to oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities performed by non-executive staff.

The role ensures accuracy, timely processing, and robust internal controls in GST compliance and cashflow management. You will review AP/AR transactions, monitor ageing, manage intercompany movements, and support month-end closing while liaising with internal and external auditors to uphold financial policy and

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day AP/AR activities performed by non-executive staff for accuracy and timeliness.
• Review AP invoices, payments, supplier reconciliations, and ageing, including intercompany payments/receipts.
• Review AR billings, receipts, ageing, customer reconciliations and collections, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Monitor cashflow, daily position, payments, receipts and forecasts to ensure liquidity for operations.
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and flag funding needs or issues to management.
• Ensure GST returns and other tax requirements are submitted timely.
• Lead month-end AP/AR closing, accruals, reconciliations and ageing analyses.
• Provide accounting guidance for complex AP/AR transactions to staff.
• Coordinate internal/external audit requests and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and statutory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review AR billing, receipts, ageing, and collections; follow up on disputes.
• Monitor cashflow and prepare forecasts to support liquidity planning.
• Assist in GST filing and tax-related submissions.
• Manage month-end closing for AP/AR, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance on complex AP/AR transactions to junior staff.
• Coordinate audit inquiries and prepare supporting schedules.
