SIMPLIFIED TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. seeks a meticulous accounting/administration professional to manage AR/AP, bookkeeping, data entry, and ensure account codes/cost centres are accurate.

The role includes preparing monthly statements, reviewing invoices and sales orders, and assisting with GST filings and year-end close. Strong communication skills and Autocount experience are advantages.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Chinese; able to handle Chinese documents.

Responsabilités

• Handle full/partial accounts (AR/AP).
• Bookkeeping and data entry.
• Ensure all account codes and cost centres are in order.
• Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts to customers; follow up on SOA issues.
• Review data from sales orders, invoices, credit notes and purchase orders.
• Generate GST reports quarterly.
• Update procedural documentation.
• Process expense requests and staff claims.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements close and audit prep.
• Handle intercompany billings and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Able to lead and train junior staff.
