Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned accounting professional to manage the full set of financials for the group. The role covers monthly and year-end reporting, audit coordination, and intercompany reconciliation across Singapore and Indonesia.

You will oversee GST/VAT filings, budgeting, forecasting, payroll if required, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and secretaries to ensure timely compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of company accounts under SFRS (GL, TB, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, journal listings) monthly.
• Review accounts under PSAK (GL, TB, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, journals) monthly.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and income statement schedules for statutory purposes.
• Coordinate year-end statutory audit and group audit reporting.
• Prepare inter-company transactions listing and reconciliations for consolidation.
• Support forecasting and budgeting per corporate guidelines.
• Prepare GST/VAT calculations and filings; manage tax payments or plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports per SFRS.
• Review consolidated reports per PSAK.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and authorities.
• Communicate progress to manager/director; assist ad hoc tasks.
• Coordinate with internal subsidiaries to support intercompany activities.
• Prepare monthly payroll if required.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Assist in ad-hoc admin and operation assignment when required.
