Job summary

The Shortlist. in Singapore is looking for a Senior Consultant (Senior Account Executive to Senior Account Manager) to join its award‑winning PR and communications team. You will lead media relations, strategy, and client counsel across a regional B2B tech and corporate portfolio.

Strategic delivery, mentoring juniors, and contributing to pitches are key, with a collaborative culture and strong growth opportunities. Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of PR agency experience in Singapore, with B2B tech or corporate comms.
• Strong media relations record across Tier 1 and trade press.
• Delivery across multiple clients at pace with clear writing and strategic thinking.
• Experience mentoring juniors and guiding senior stakeholders.
• Right to work in Singapore (work pass sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Lead media relations, thought leadership and content programmes for regional/global clients.
• Act as main client contact and trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
• Move from execution to strategy: build plans and explain thinking behind them.
• Coach and guide junior team members and contribute to pitches.
• Contribute to new business proposals and client growth.
