The Shortlist. in Singapore is looking for a Senior Consultant (Senior Account Executive to Senior Account Manager) to join its award‑winning PR and communications team. You will lead media relations, strategy, and client counsel across a regional B2B tech and corporate portfolio.

Strategic delivery, mentoring juniors, and contributing to pitches are key, with a collaborative culture and strong growth opportunities. Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of PR agency experience in Singapore, with B2B tech or corporate comms.
• Strong media relations record across Tier 1 and trade press.
• Delivery across multiple clients at pace with clear writing and strategic thinking.
• Experience mentoring juniors and guiding senior stakeholders.

An award-winning, independent PR and communications agency is growing its Singapore team and is looking for hands‑on PR professionals from Senior Account Executive to Senior Account Manager level. The agency has grown in Singapore for over a decade, and its people tend to stay (average tenure is nearly four years).

The role

You’ll work across a B2B tech and corporate portfolio, running accounts day to day with the right level of support for your experience. Depending on your level, you’ll be:

• Leading media relations, thought leadership and content programmes for regional and global clients
• Acting as the main client contact and as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders as you grow into it
• Moving beyond execution into strategy: building plans and explaining the thinking behind them
• Coaching and guiding more junior team members
• Contributing to new business pitches and proposals

About you

• 3 to 8 years of PR agency experience in Singapore, with B2B tech or corporate communications in your background
• A strong media relations record, including Tier 1 and trade press
• Proven delivery across several clients at once, at pace
• Clear, polished writing, and a strategic mindset (you can say why a plan works, not only what it is)
• At the more senior end: experience managing senior-level clients and mentoring juniors
• Some exposure to the commercial side, such as scoping, budgets or pitching (a bonus, not essential)
• The right to work in Singapore (work pass sponsorship is not available)
• Genuine ownership of your accounts, with senior leaders nearby to coach you
