Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific is hiring a Singapore-focused Account Manager to own a portfolio within the Public Healthcare sector. You will drive revenue through solutions-based selling, engaging senior stakeholders and coordinating across service lines to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT sales, experience with tender processes, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. You will join a regional team within a global organisation committed to inclusion and delivering

Qualifications

• Preferably 5+ years of IT experience.
• Experience in tender submission, bid review and submission.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of accounts in Singapore Public Healthcare and drive revenue.
• Generate products and services revenue through account coverage in Healthcare.
• Engage in solutions-based selling addressing customer pain points.
• Develop business and create sales opportunities with customers.
• Perform bid analysis against competitors to generate competitive bids.
• Engage customers through visits and explain offered solutions.
• Identify key stakeholders to expand reach within accounts.
• Support a team with experienced or developing Account Manager potential.
• Leverage IT sales experience in healthcare as an added advantage.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Owning a set of accounts in Singapore Public Healthcare
• Generate Products and Services Revenue & Profits for the company through means of account coverage in Healthcare sector
• Work on solutions-based selling, identification of customer pain points and aligning appropriate solutions to meet the customer’s business needs
• Business Development and creating sales opportunities while engaging customers
• Perform bid analysis based on solutions offered with competitor landscape to generate competitive bid for submission
• Customer engagement and visitation to explain solutions offered
• Identify key stakeholders within accounts to continue the growth extending reach to different business units within the accounts
• Candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for the Account Manager position
• Sales experience in the IT industry or healthcare sector is an added advantage

Requirements:

• Preferably 5 years and above experience in IT
• Experience in tender submission process (bid review, tabulation and submission)
• Analytical and Creative Problem‑Solving skills
• Team Player and Confident, Direct with Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
