Confidential Jobs in Singapore is seeking an Account Director with 8–9 years in integrated content and/or communications to lead client accounts. You will supervise account teams, guide campaigns, and ensure delivery across PR, social media, and content projects.

The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on growing client relationships while mentoring junior staff and aligning strategies with business goals.

Qualificações

• 8–9 years of experience in social media management and/or PR/communications.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of content across major social networks.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to account teams delivering integrated PR and social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Oversee campaign planning, content development, media relations, community management, and analytics.
• Build strong client relationships and act as brand guardian; align with client business goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth account operations.
• Outline master agreements, client budgets, and invoicing related to accounts.
• Oversee day-to-day performance and growth of Account Managers and Executives.
• Participate in ad-hoc new business pitches.
