Job summary

National Institute of Early Childhood Development in Singapore seeks a senior administrator to support the SPOE in coordinating academic quality assurance and university partnerships. You will lead data analysis, dashboards, and governance initiatives to strengthen AQ and ERM alignment with organisational aims.

With a Bachelor Degree and 10 years’ experience (3+ in governance/education), you will drive stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in academic governance or education sector.
• Strong organisational skills to manage tasks, prioritise, and maintain details in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt communication styles to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Academic Quality (AQ) framework and establish workflows for monitoring and reporting.
• Provide analysis and visualization of academic data and trends to leadership.
• Coordinate academic quality assurance and university partnership initiatives, including validation activities and articulation agreements.
• Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and align with organisational objectives.
• Lead compilation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for periodic Risk Reports to committees and the Board, including dashboards.
• Prepare and update Risk Reports for submission to Risk Management Committee, Audit and Risk Committee, and the Board.
• Oversee annual review of Document Control Policy and compliance improvements.
• Serve as SPOE Document Controller, maintaining official documents per policies.
• Provide secretariat support to the Board and sub-committees, including meetings logistics, minutes, and action follow-ups.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
