Job summary

NTU Singapore seeks a Manager (Accreditations) to lead Assurance of Learning reporting for academic programmes and coordinate AACSB/EQUIS accreditation activities. The role involves collaboration with faculty to align curricula with OBTL and institutional goals, and to prepare clear accreditation reports and documentation.

You will oversee data governance and drive process improvements, ensuring readiness for visits and compliance with university standards across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets for insights.
• Meticulous with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across academic and administrative units.

Responsibilities

• Manage AoL reporting workflows for academic programmes and work with faculty on e-assessment tools.
• Review course outlines to ensure alignment with OBTL frameworks and learning goals.
• Coordinate AACSB and EQUIS accreditation processes, timelines, milestones, deliverables and visits.
• Contribute to accreditation reports and supporting documentation.
• Oversee data governance operations, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement across key accreditation-related processes.
