Job summary

EXPRESS 21 PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a skilled BIM/VDC Drafter to produce detailed mechanical and electrical drawings that reflect design intent and project specifications.

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers and contractors, perform clash detection, ensure compliance with codes, and deliver shop and as-built drawings on time. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience and a Diploma in Electrical or related field. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of BIM and VDC experience, having completed one full project cycle.
• Diploma in Electrical/Electrical Communication Engineering or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in technical drawing and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for mechanical and electrical systems based on project specifications.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and comply with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with the project team to reflect the design intent in drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on stakeholder input and feedback.
• Perform clash detection and model validation using BIM tools.
• Submit shop drawings and as-built drawings on time and with quality checks.
• Provide technical advice to support design feasibility and project execution.
