Job summary

ADDCEL Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable BIM/MEP Drafter to produce shop drawings and BIM models for multiple projects with minimal supervision. You will prepare HVAC/piping drawings, 2D isometrics from BIM, and coordinate with other trades to ensure quality and ISO-compliant processes, using Revit MEP, AutoCAD 2D, and Plant 3D when required.

This role requires a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, at least 3 years of experience in industrial projects, and strong

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in space planning and design coordination on industrial projects.
Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD 2D; Plant 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

Produce shop drawings and BIM models with minimal supervision.
Prepare HVAC/piping, equipment, pumps, dryer, filter & valves drawings.
Create 2D isometric drawings from BIM models per standards and schedules.
Maintain records of issued/received models, clash reports, RFIs, etc.
Follow ISO-based BIM/Shop Drawing procedures and ensure on-time delivery.
Develop technical plans, sections, 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and in-house tools.
Coordinate with other trades to ensure accurate form, fit and function on drawings.
Generate a clash report based on the provided matrix and work under PM supervision.
