The ideal candidate holds a relevant diploma and 1–2 years of drafting or BIM experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Revit MEP.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Building Services or BIM related field.
• 1–2 years relevant drafting or BIM modelling experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Revit MEP.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Experience in Singapore construction projects preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to attend site visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Plumbing & Sanitary shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with architectural, structural and other M&E services.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and site teams on drawing requirements and revisions.
• Assist in preparing drawings and documentation for PUB and other relevant authority submissions.
• Conduct site measurements and site visits to verify actual site conditions.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, properly coordinated and prepared according to project requirements.
• Maintain drawing records and update revisions according to site progress.
