Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a M&E BIM Modeller cum Drafter in Singapore. You will construct 3D models and prepare shop drawings for submission to authorities using BIM software (CAD/Revit).

You will update models to reflect latest information and ensure accuracy of shop drawings, while coordinating with Archi, Structure, Finishing, and other M&E services. The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, with a preference for candidates as a Junior Executive in Electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in BIM/3D modelling.
• Junior Executive in Electrical engineering preferred.
• Remain updated with drafting technologies to maintain competency.
• Plan drawing requests to meet submission deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission using BIM software (CAD/Revit).
• Update 3D model according to latest information and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Ensure projects comply with internal guidelines and government regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.
• Coordinate with Archi, Structure, Finishing, and other M&E services.
• Work closely with project management to initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
