Job Responsibilities

• Possess excellent artistic expression skills, contri bute to defining the game’s visual style, and develop environment concept design templates and guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong environment planning abilities, leading and organizing the work of concept artists and production staff.
• Participate in core environment design tasks, review outsourced design drafts, and guide external production teams.
• Conduct design reviews in accordance with the environment concept pipeline.
• Accumulate and share environment design expertise within the team.

Job Requirements

• Art‑related major with a strong artistic foundation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Western cartoon‑style environment concept design; experience leading a design team is highly preferred.
• Passion for games and a focus on player experience, with the ability to collaborate on product improvements through your work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, high level of engagement, and commitment to team goals.
