Job summary

LYNEER CORP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced production support engineer to manage 24/7 incident handling for banking/AML applications.

You will troubleshoot issues across full-stack Java systems, ensure SLA adherence, and participate in release packaging with the production team. You should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong SQL and Linux/Unix skills, and familiarity with Grafana, Jenkins, and Git/Bitbucket.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience on troubleshooting applications in full-stack environments.
• Experience in incident and problem management within production systems.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows environments and scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 support as needed.
• React to incidents, troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack.
• Perform code packaging end-to-end up to production release with production team handoffs.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, automate tasks, and perform system performance tuning.
