Job summary

Qorvo in Singapore is seeking a Test / Equipment Technician to support semiconductor test and manufacturing by ensuring the stable operation, maintenance, and quality of test equipment and hardware.

You will work closely with Test Development Engineers, manufacturing teams and equipment vendors to install, calibrate, and maintain ATE systems, probe cards, load boards, and sockets, while keeping logs and SOPs up to date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field; 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or test.
• Hands-on experience with ATE systems, handlers or test hardware.
• Knowledge of semiconductor test flow and manufacturing processes.
• Experience supporting High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and qualify new test equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and verification of ATE and lab instruments.
• Identify abnormal behavior and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Inspect, install, and maintain probe cards, load boards, and sockets.
• Repair, rework, and solder as needed.
• Assist during tester bring-up, correlation, and experiments.
• Support HVM activities including tester move-in/move-out and line recovery.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and 5S and safety compliance.
• Maintain logs of maintenance and calibration, follow SOPs.
