Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY in Singapore is seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Test Technician responsible for mechanical alignment, setup testing, and documenting procedures to ensure product quality.

You will collaborate with engineering and senior testers, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency with vacuum test equipment and CMM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment build, testing, assembly, or related manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in vacuum test equipment operation, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting of components.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.
• Experience operating CMM measuring machines or similar measurement equipment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical component alignment and fine tuning.
• Implement customer-provided setup protocols and test procedures for manufacturing equipment.
• Execute testing processes to ensure equipment functionality, performance and adherence to specifications with senior testers.
• Review test results with senior testers and customers to identify anomalies, defects, or equipment performance issues.
• Technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; report and remedy actions.
• Document and report testing procedures, results, checklists and configurations.
• Participate in process improvement for manufacturing and testing.
