GMORS Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to engage customers, understand their manufacturing needs, and present tailored technical solutions.

The role involves developing technical proposals, supporting on-site evaluations, and ensuring smooth product qualification and integration into customers’ processes. You will work closely with HQ and Business Units to ensure solutions meet technical and commercial requirements, while communicating feedback for continuous product

Competenze

• Min. Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with mechanical knowledge.
• Knowledge or experience in polymer science and materials is an added advantage
• 3-5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the field of Semiconductor.
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and manage technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Identify and explore new business opportunities by evaluating potential applications within customers’ manufacturing processes.
• Present customized technical solutions and proposals that address customer challenges and deliver measurable value
• Collaborate closely with headquarters (HQ) and Business Units (BUs) to align customer requirements with appropriate product solutions and technical capabilities.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback and evaluation results to support continuous product improvement and development.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive technical proposals tailored to customer requirements and process needs.
• Coordinate and provide on-site technical support during customer product evaluations and qualification activities.
• Drive successful product integration into customers’ manufacturing processes by addressing technical challenges and ensuring qualification requirements are met.
