Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented engineer to develop and design process workflows for ultra-clean assembly in semiconductor environments.

You will maintain a master register of 97 SOPs and WIs, review legacy documents, and convert them into the approved APS template with strict control. The role requires collaboration with engineers, QA, EHS, and maintenance to ensure accurate, compliant instructions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in process documentation, SOP/WI development and document control.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design process workflows for ultra-clean product assembly.
• Establish and maintain a master register of 97 SOPs and WIs with owners and revisions.
• Review legacy documents, flag discrepancies, and align with current practices.
• Convert SOPs/WIs to approved APS template and controlled format.
• Standardize structure, terminology, revision history, and approvals.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, EHS, maintenance to validate content.
• Embed visual controls: photos, diagrams, flowcharts, and examples.
• Coordinate reviews, revisions, approvals, release, and archiving.
• Prepare training-impact assessments and retraining requirements.
• Track progress, overdue actions, and risks via weekly dashboard.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring traceability and current docs.
• Generate documents for design, DFMEA, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, AS9100D.
• Support ECNs and urgent PR submissions as required.
• Verify BOM and routing accuracy when requested.
