Job summary

Our client, a Japanese manufacturer, is seeking a Senior / Sales Engineer (Japanese Speaking) to drive sales in the semiconductor sector across APAC. You will nurture relationships with manufacturers and equipment suppliers, identify opportunities, and promote high-performance elastomer sealing products.

You will liaise with regional counterparts in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and the U.S., manage quotations and forecasts, and travel within Singapore and Southeast Asia to support customers

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development within semiconductors.
• Proficient Japanese for liaising with customers and partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in APAC region sales and account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturers and equipment manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts in APAC.
• Promote elastomer sealing products (O-rings) and recommend solutions.
• Manage sales activities: quotations, forecasts, reports, orders.
• Coordinate with regional teams in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, US; travel within SEA.
