Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Product Coordinator to support the Sales team with quotations, product costing, project coordination and supplier communication.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry and be comfortable working independently.

Based in Tai Seng, Singapore, the role offers a 8:30 AM–5:45 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, with a monthly salary of SGD 4,000–4,500 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor or related product experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel skills preferred.
• Independent with strong communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries and liaise with suppliers for quotations.
• Prepare quotations for the sales team.
• Coordinate new projects with sales and update supplier systems.
• Track quotations and project status.
• Prepare regular POS reports.
• Maintain standard costs and selling prices.
• Evaluate product costing, margins and wastage.
• Assist sales with stock and inventory control.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
