Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a QA Engineer (Documentation / Semiconductor) to join our team in Ang Mo Kio. You will manage engineering documents, maintain control records, and support QA documentation workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, with relevant QA/documentation experience. Familiarity with ECR/ECN, 8D and CAR is advantageous, as is semiconductor industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in QA, engineering documentation, document control or project coordination will be advantageous.
• Semiconductor or electronics industry experience will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with ECR/ECN, 8D, CAR or industry quality documentation will be advantageous.
• Able to manage technical records accurately with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and review technical documents, specifications and engineering records.
• Maintain documentation including ECR/ECN, 8D and CAR records for internal and customer requirements.
• Prepare and compile equipment manuals and support simple Chinese-English technical document translation.
• Maintain proper document control and traceability of engineering and quality records.
• Coordinate warranty parts returns and related documentation with internal and external parties.
• Arrange chemical samples for testing with external laboratories.
• Work with Engineering and other departments on document submissions and customer requirements.
• Support parts-return analysis and other QA-related activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
